Right now, we’re looking for Interns in Net Revenue Management to join us to do career defining work.

 

A career in Net Revenue Management (NRM) where none of us stand still.

In this role, the NRM Intern will support the organization in driving net sales growth and other key business performance metrics. They will drive Revenue Management insights which will lead to fact-based and timely business recommendations for Customer Strategy, Marketing and Field Sales teams in the areas of Pricing, Promotion and Mix insights.

 

The Intern will have superior analytic skills combined with strong business acumen and communication skills. The Intern will apply these skills in their role by understanding key business issues and communicating timely and on-point analysis and actionable recommendations. They will also support the Revenue Management function through support of the Sr Manager of NRM, and the organization in various revenue management initiatives across the cross-functional commercial teams.

 

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

Support The NRM Team Across the Focused Pillars of:

  • Revenue Management Activity Assessment and Tracking
    • Including understanding, consolidating, and streamlining opportunities across Customer Strategy and The Field
  • Pricing Strategy and Execution
    • Support and help to assess the overall pricing environment both internally as well as competitively
  • Promotion Management
    • Including assisting with the rollout and evolution of the promotional evaluation processes
  • Active Mix Management
    • Understanding and assisting in the active mix optimization process and tools

 

Additionally becoming familiar with all of the cross functional groups the NRM groups works with internally to understand and apply learning and best practices.

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

Education required:

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or master’s degree program graduating between 2026 to 2028.
  • Business, Marketing, Finance, Liberal Arts or related major.

 

Other requirements:

  • This role is onsite at our Warren, NJ location.
  • Provide your own funding for relocation and commuting.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) during the internship duration (12 weeks).
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.

 

 

Expected start date: June 2025

 

 

The hourly rate for this role is $24.50/ hour.
