Entry-Level Technology Fellowship with Federal Government Agency (Cybersecurity or Artificial Intelligence)

Become a digital leader in the exclusive ranks of America’s tech workforce. The Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Talent Initiative aims to recruit and train a world-class digital workforce. The program is a selective opportunity for recent graduates in cybersecurity or artificial intelligence-related fields to gain access to vital public sector work experience, develop a professional network and build their leadership skills.
Fellows selected for the program will be placed in a full-time role at a federal government agency with cybersecurity or artificial intelligence needs for two years. By working for major federal agencies and learning from innovative tech leaders, participants will develop the skills and knowledge to strengthen our nation’s cybersecurity capabilities or modernize our economy’s digital resources through the power of AI.
Previous placement sites include the U.S. Department of State, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, U.S. Census Bureau, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Department of Defense, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Secret Service and more.

Program Benefits:

Program Eligibility
- U.S. citizenship at the time of application submission
- Currently enrolled at an accredited educational institution in an undergraduate or graduate cybersecurity or artificial intelligence-related degree program, or a recent graduate who graduated between January 2023 and August 2025
- 3.0 GPA or Higher
- Completion of a cyber or artificial intelligence-related major degree (including but not limited to: computer science, artificial intelligence, engineering, information security, data science, machine learning, robotics, or mathematics) prior to the start date.
