Intern, End User Engagement

This internship falls within one of The Resource Group's Solution Support Communities. Like many organizations, these Communities are necessary in maintaining the integrity and evolution of critical business functions. These Communities provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience. Throughout the 12-week experience, interns will work on unique personal projects, collaborate with other interns to solve organizational challenges, and learn new business & professional skills. Information about the responsibilities for this internship can be found below:

  • Supports project management and implementation of assigned team projects to effectively and efficiently manage engagement of end-users through Affinity Group and Decision Teams to guide product and service contracting decisions 
  • Engages with the team to design and implement continuous analytical and process improvement across assigned projects
  • Assist in development of support tools for special projects using advanced G Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau skills, when needed
  • Work with interns from other communities within The Resource Group on a team project chosen by leadership and present outcomes on an organization-wide call
