As you approach the end of college and prepare to embark on your career – our internships provide the opportunity for you to experience working in an exciting role within HSBC. Our Wealth and Personal Banking internship is designed for those with fresh ideas and a determination to gain real client-focused experience.
You’ll get a variety of exposure to the different strategic Head Office teams such as the Customer Channels, Products & Propositions, Digital, Marketing and Risk. With these teams you could be working on a project to develop and improve our offerings for cards, mortgages or lending, or you may help to create a highly personalized banking experience using digital and data.
Upon successful completion of your internship, you could have the opportunity to join our graduate programme the following year.

We are looking for candidates with:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree on or before June 2026
- Minimum GPA 3.2 or overseas equivalent
- Will not require Visa sponsorship
- Fluent in English
- Secondary language fluency helpful
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Interest in working for a global organization
