We’re currently looking for an Industrial Engineer Intern to join our team in Canton, MS. You will work autonomously with the guidance of an experienced Industrial Engineering mentor throughout this internship.
A Day in the Life:
- Develop and maintain labor standards.
- Cycle time analysis of manufacturing, material handling, and equipment.
- Root-cause analysis.
- Propose, develop, and implement process improvements.
- Create summary reports and present to management.
- Interaction with multiple functions of business including: Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and others.
Who We’re Looking for:
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Industrial Engineering, Analytics or Supply Chain
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skillsets.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to perform work onsite in Canton, MS
