People Operations Intern
OVERVIEW
As a People Operations Intern at C4ADS, you will be a vital contributor to our mission of fostering diversity and inclusion within our organization and the broader global security community. Reporting to the People & Office Senior Associate, you will primarily focus on market research for recruitment while also supporting various other aspects of people operations. Your role will play a key part in our efforts to attract diverse talent and enhance the overall employee experience.
In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate closely with our HR team to identify diverse talent sources, develop recruitment strategies, and assist in the execution of initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace.
PAST C4ADS INTERNS HAVE:
- Conducted market research to identify diverse talent pools and innovative recruitment channels.
- Assisted in streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency and support diversity and inclusion.
- Worked on cross-functional projects to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Gained hands-on experience in data analysis and project coordination.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify underrepresented talent pools and explore creative recruitment avenues aligned with our diversity goals.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of recruitment strategies, including crafting job postings, outreach initiatives, and potential partnerships.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing diversity metrics to evaluate progress and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Contribute to the onboarding process and programs, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all new hires.
- Provide administrative support for HR events, training sessions, and other people operations functions.
- Engage in various HR-related tasks and projects as needed, such as employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
