Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and independent Visuals Creator to design and deliver visually striking assets for small-scale projects, including web, mobile, and software applications. In this role, you will work directly with software developers and small teams to ensure your designs are implemented effectively. You will have the flexibility to use any design tools that help you create the required assets, while collaborating closely with developers to translate designs into functional, high-quality digital products.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in a collaborative, yet self-managed environment, delivering designs that meet client or project team needs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design
Develop high-quality visual assets for web, mobile, and software applications, ensuring that designs are engaging and aligned with project goals.
Create design elements such as layouts, typography, icons, and color schemes, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all assets.
Work closely with small teams and software developers to ensure designs are easily implementable and meet technical requirements.
Collaboration & Delivery
Collaborate directly with developers and small project teams to translate design concepts into production-ready assets.
Participate in discussions to refine design concepts and ensure that both visual quality and functionality are met.
Provide detailed design assets, including style guides and specifications, for developers to use in implementation.
Manage your own schedule and workload to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Flexible Tool Usage
Use any design software or tools of your choice to create and deliver visual assets (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Microsoft Suite, or others).

Qualifications:
Proven experience in visual design for digital platforms (web, mobile, or software applications).
Ability to work directly with developers and small teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Self-motivated and able to manage your own workflow, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and respond to feedback.

Nice to Have:
Experience working with development teams to translate designs into functional applications.
Familiarity with motion design or animation tools for digital applications
