We are currently looking for a Electric Vehicle Marketing and Sales Strategy to join our team in Franklin, TN.
Assists the EV CMM team in analyzing product/marketing issues related to ARIYA, LEAF and the competing brands in its class. Involved in the development, analysis, and communication of information regarding vehicle sales, profitability, model-option-trim level performance, pricing and competitive product activities. Assists in developing marketing activities to support both long and short term objectives, including product enhancements and new model/product launches.
A Day in the Life:
- Assists the EV team in development and implementation of marketing plans designed to achieve sales, profitability and brand initiative objectives for assigned models.
- Assists the EV team in development and execution of regulatory/ training issues for ARIYA and LEAF, including development/implementation of NNA’s strategy to meet mandated governmental retail volumes, technician training, dealership facility requirements, special tools requirements.
- Assists the EV team in development and implementation of marketing positioning statements. Identifies target consumer audiences and consumer benefits to be communicated about the model.
- Assists the EV team in development of strategic briefing communications for consumer audiences.
- Clarifies market position, consumer benefits, and targeted audiences for all advertising, marketing and merchandising messages.
- Works with employees in related functions to ensure all advertising, marketing and merchandising messages meet the requirements outlined in the strategic brief.
- Assists the EV team in development of new launch plans for the introduction of new products.
- Plans and assists the EV team in leading internal functional groups and vendor resources to achieve launch objectives.
- Assists the EV team in development of pricing and production mix strategies. Coordinates vehicle production and distribution to ensure appropriate model and trim level mix.
- Assists the EV team in development and implementation of promotions, and contest/incentive plans to support sales and profitability of assigned vehicles. Negotiates mutual opportunities with non-automotive consumer companies to create vehicle sales and marketing promotions as a part of larger campaigns. As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
Who We’re Looking for:
- Must be currently enrolled in a Master's of Business Administration.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Basic awareness of the 4 P’s and elements of a Marketing materials including: promotion materials, positioning statement and strategic brief, pricing information.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and other presentation tools.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
