Strategy Intern

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Format: In-Person Monday - Wednesday; Remote on Thursdays and Fridays*

Dates: May 19th – July 31st, 2025

About the Program:

At ADT, our interns innovate, collaborate, and contribute to critical projects that drive our business forward. You’ll have the unique opportunity to meet with our executive leaders, gain insights into various areas of our business, and participate in community service projects, all while working on initiatives that deliver tangible business results.

Areas of Focus:

As a Strategy Intern at ADT, you will support our team in one of the following areas, among others:

  1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Support critical GTM initiatives by developing business strategies, creating business cases, and tracking progress toward achieving near-term and long-term goals.
  2. Field Operations Strategy: Translate field operations strategic initiatives into actionable plans for various teams, ensuring alignment with ADT’s overall growth strategy.
  3. Business Process Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of existing business processes, identifying patterns, root causes, and trends that impact business and field operations.
  4. Strategic Business Initiatives: Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders to drive execution of key strategic initiatives such as AI solution deployment, partnership deal analyses, resource planning, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field, with a graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Active involvement in a strategy-focused student club or organization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—for collaborating with diverse teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently, managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or work experience in strategy, business initiatives, or consulting.

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: $25/hour
  • Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and if no team meetings or events are planned, the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
  • Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 19-July 31
