This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various classrooms, build valuable connections, and explore different subjects and teaching styles.

Job Summary:  Provide classroom or student services coverage for teachers who must be away from their classroom or duty assignment.

Qualifications:  Certification from Nebraska Department of Education.  Local Substitute Certificates are accepted and requested by the district on behalf of individuals who meet the district guidelines. Instructions for obtaining the Local Substitute Certificate can be found here. 

Primary Location: Papillion La Vista Community Schools Central Office

Salary Range:  $180 per day

Shift Type: Substitute - On call as needed
