Global Quality and Regulatory Internship - 2025/2026

The Opportunity:

 

Roche DIA Global Quality & Regulatory is a global team engaged across the diagnostics value chain ensuring our right to operate, shaping the global regulatory environment, and accelerating access to our diagnostic solutions for customers and patients.


The Global Q&R Internship Program is a two-summer rotational program that provides students with the unique opportunity to gain valuable experience within Quality & Regulatory Affairs functions across Roche sites.

 

Interns are provided with 2 consecutive summers of experience, working on high-impact projects and will rotate sites and functions each summer. Students will be placed in Quality, Regulatory, Case Management Resolution (CMR), or a combination of business functions and will be placed at one of the following sites: Pleasanton, CA; Santa Clara, CA; San Jose, CA; Tucson, AZ; Indianapolis, IN or Branchburg, NJ or will work remotely.

 

Previous projects have included regulatory submissions to Global Agencies and process improvements within Global Quality Management Systems. All intern projects are designed to have high business impact as well as serve to assess the intern’s performance and skills required for potential full-time hire following graduation.

 

Who you are:

  • You have at least two years remaining in your undergraduate - Bachelor's Degree (graduation date: December 2026, May 2027 or December 2027), with availability to work full-time during the summer
  • You are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
  • You are majoring in a STEM-related field and maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • You have a minimum availability of 12 weeks for the duration of the internship
  • You have demonstrated involvement in student organizations or leadership roles, showcasing your commitment and initiative.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and proactive in learning.
  • Demonstration of agile mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to lead.
  • Demonstrated interest in the biotechnology industry.

 

The expected hourly rate range for this position based on the primary location for this position of Indianapolis is $22- $38. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, level, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
