Role Overview:
The SEO & Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. You'll focus on improving Blendyd’s organic search performance, managing social media channels, and ensuring our online presence aligns with our brand voice. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive engagement, lead generation, and overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify content opportunities and optimize website pages for search engines.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion data, and suggest improvements.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Help manage and grow Blendyd's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content aligned with our company’s goals, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.

Content Development:

  • Coordinate the creation of SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, and marketing materials.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities to create new, valuable assets that drive traffic and increase brand authority.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on website and social media performance, offering actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, to assess campaign performance and inform future efforts.

Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new marketing channels and strategies that can help grow Blendyd’s digital footprint.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO and social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar.
  • Proficient in managing multiple social media platforms and creating high-quality, engaging content.
  • Experience with web analytics, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the trucking or logistics industry is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
