Job Description:


 

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a passion for technology and at least two years of work experience in a technical or coding role. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business development to define and deliver product features that drive the success of Kaya AI’s platform.

 

This role requires a combination of technical understanding and product management expertise, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.


 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define product requirements and feature specifications.

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.

• Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, providing clear direction to engineering teams.

• Analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive products to inform feature development and product iterations.

• Use technical knowledge to ensure feasibility of product features, anticipate challenges, and find innovative solutions.

• Communicate product strategy and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work closely with data analytics teams to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate on setting product goals, KPIs, and managing the product lifecycle.


 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, data science, or similar).

• Proven experience with coding or software development, comfortable discussing technical topics with engineering teams.

• Strong understanding of product development processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear product requirements.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with construction technology or supply chain solutions is a plus.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing technical products or working as part of a technical product team.

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.
