Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Donation Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. The Donation Manager will play a vital role in our organization by managing and optimizing donation and fundraising activities. This individual will be responsible for cultivating donor relationships, enhancing donation processes, and ensuring the financial growth and sustainability of Power Changes Lives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.  Donor Relationship Management:
▪  Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing donors. Understand their motivations and align their interests with our mission.
2.  Donation Strategy:
▪  Design and implement innovative fundraising strategies and campaigns to attract new donors and retain existing ones. This includes online fundraising, annual campaigns, major gifts, and events.
3.  Database Management:
▪  Oversee and manage the donor database. Ensure accurate recording of donor information and transactions. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4.  Collaboration:
▪  Work closely with the marketing, communications, and program teams to create compelling narratives and materials that effectively communicate our mission and impact to potential donors.
5.  Donor Recognition:
▪  Develop programs to appropriately acknowledge and thank donors, fostering a culture of appreciation and community among supporters.
6.  Financial Reporting and Analysis:
▪  Monitor and report on fundraising performance, preparing regular reports for management. Use data insights to refine and optimize donation strategies.
