Education could be understood as a basic human right and a key tool to sustainable and effective development. In these regions, the rapidly growing population, the shortages of teachers, books, and basic facilities, and insufficient public funds are among some of the nation’s largest obstacles. As a result, there is an urgent need for innovative and qualitative approaches to teaching, specifically in English, special education, and primary level subjects. This organization is dedicated to supporting educators and educational institutions by providing them with training, mentorship and an increased access to resources and support. During your internship, you will closely collaborate with education professionals, gaining hands-on experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management in the local context. Your contributions will play a significant role in promoting education and equal access.

“The internship experience was one that will open your worldview and expose you to new challenges that you will only experience interning abroad. Interning through Isla will develop not only memories, but skills that will transfer into the workforce.”
“I would describe this experience as a once in a lifetime opportunity. It was very rewarding and it really shows what you can do by yourself in another country. It is something that I think everyone should do.”
