We want to provide the best care possible to our residents so that they can maintain or even improve their quality of life. We want our employees to have a safe, fun, and fulfilling work environment.
We are hiring two AITs (administrator-in-training). As an AIT you will work very closely with one of our current administrators while learning all aspects of running a nursing home.
Which includes:
• Training and Development: Participate in a structured program to gain a thorough understanding of the responsibilities and functions of a Skilled Nursing Administrator. Learn about regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures that govern skilled nursing operations.
• Observational Learning: Shadow experienced administrators to gain insights into the daily operations of our community, including resident care, staff management, financial oversight, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Resident Care Oversight: Assist in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents by collaborating with healthcare professionals, monitoring care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Staff Management: Learn effective recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision practices to maintain optimal staffing levels and promote a supportive work environment.
• Financial Management: Acquire knowledge of financial operations, including budgeting, billing, insurance, and reimbursement processes. Work closely with the finance department to ensure efficient financial management.

• Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to skilled nursing facilities. Work diligently to uphold compliance with all applicable laws.
• Communication and Leadership: Develop effective communication and leadership skills to interact positively with residents, staff, families, and community stakeholders.
