Business Analyst - Intern

We Are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst – Intern 

 

In this role, we are looking for Intern at United States (US) location for sales analytics projects in healthcare/ life sciences for one of Genpact’s healthcare/ life sciences client with analytics projects. willing to work in analytics space in Life Sciences and Healthcare (LSH) domain under consulting analytics. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Part of analytics projects for a large US based pharmaceutical client. 
  • Interact with the business to identify use cases to be solved. 
  • Use appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to synthesize, clean, visualize and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need. 
  • Consult to identify risks and opportunities that impact the performance of the business and convert them into analytical solutions and provide appropriate meaningful insights. 
  • End to end ownership of delivery, standardization, innovation, usage, and expectation management. 
  • Monitor different ad-hoc reports that are built and used by home office and field teams and identify the opportunity to automate and streamline some of the recurring reports.

Minimum Qualifications  

  

  • Bachelor's degree in science / data science / business administration. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Critical thinking and analytical mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
  • Proficiency in using at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, SAS, Java, etc.)   
  • Entry level understanding of how machine learning works.  
  • Understanding of Data Science, Statistical and Modeling techniques. 

  

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills  

 

  • Master's degree in science / data science / business administration. 
  • Intermediate to proficient level expertise in at least one BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, MSTR, Power BI).
