Head of Sales

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new partnerships, and expanding our business reach. You will be in charge of leading (by example) and coaching the whole sales department making sure to achieve its target/quota to achieve a high-performance sales team.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to consistently hit sales targets and track results.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing sales team, nurturing their capabilities and fostering a commitment to achieving business objectives
  • Build and sustain key relationships amongst current customers and cultivate new relationships for future revenue growth.
  • Plan and develop sales and marketing activities in line with the company strategy and policy to expand market coverage
  • Revenue targets- Regularly review progress and define a strategy to exceed targets.
  • Time management, prioritization, and the ability to self-motivate

Requirements:

  • Passion for sales
  • Min. 1 year of experience in sales/people management
  • Experience in leading and developing a sales team
  • Ability, creativity and resourcefulness to source for leads and a drive to close deals
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations.
  • Distinctive willingness and hunger to learn and grow professionally
  • Must be a team player with an ability to succeed in a fast-paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic environment
  • Must be willing to work US business hours
