As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dynamic Financial Modeling Analyst to support revenue growth initiatives, develop financial projections, and work closely with senior leadership. This role provides an invaluable opportunity for hands-on experience in financial modeling within a fast-growing company and direct exposure to executive decision-making.

Role Overview:
As a Financial Modeling Analyst, you will be responsible for building, updating, and analyzing financial models related to revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), operating expenses (OPEX), and other key financial metrics. You will support executive leadership with data-driven insights, contributing directly to strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with top-tier Excel skills, a strong grasp of financial concepts, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, focusing on revenue projections, COGS, and OPEX assumptions.
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements to ensure accurate projections and comprehensive financial insights.
  • Collaborate with CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and CFO to align models with business goals and strategies.
  • Support investor relations by coordinating timely, professional communication and email responses.
  • Actively participate in project management for financial reporting deadlines, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Communicate complex financial data effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in investor presentations and discussions.
  • Take ownership of projects and proactively seek guidance when necessary to prevent errors and drive results.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate from a top university with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and business fundamentals.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive, self-starting attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills; able to present data clearly and effectively to senior leadership and investors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confidence to ask questions and seek clarity, ensuring precision and reducing potential errors.
