Primary Function of Position
The Global Access, Value and Economics (GAVE) organization at Intuitive is seeking a highly motivated, hard-working, and professional market access intern to join our team for Summer 2025. The Global Market Access Intern will support GAVE’s mission of proactively managing the economic health of global marketplaces through identifying and addressing market access barriers. The intern will work within the Global Access and Evidence Management Center of Excellence and be responsible for providing support in the development of key value communication materials and participating in value creation initiatives across existing and emerging technologies. The intern will perform market research and analytics related to HTA and health policy activity. The intern will work with the team to identify, evaluate, and summarize various types of evidence to support communication and engagement with various internal and external stakeholders. The intern will gain hands-on experience and learnings through their participation within a world class market access organization.
Essential Job Duties
- Support the team in planning for and executing strategic plans related to ongoing and emerging HTAs on Intuitive technologies
- Perform market research and analytics on HTA organizations, health policy topics, and related publications or updates in clinical areas of interest
- Gather, organize, interpret, and summarize various types of evidence to support the development of value communication resources
- Assist in the development and creation of value propositions and messaging based on peer-reviewed publications and product-specific offerings
- Present and interpret findings to a broad range of cross-functional teams
- Develop, structure, and deliver presentations in such a way that the information can be well-understood across departments and levels of expertise.
- Provide research and medical writing support for the development of abstracts or manuscripts where possible
- Support the broader GAVE organization with other primary and secondary research and analyses as requested
