Internship Overview
As a Tourism, Hospitality & Event Management Intern, you’ll work as a summer camp counselor, living with 10-12 campers and collaborating with our dedicated team. You’ll receive training and take on roles in one or more of the following areas:
- Outdoor Adventure & Recreation
- Sports & Waterfront Activities
- Arts, Media & Special Events
- Front Office & Guest Services
You’ll manage activities, lead events, and take on core operational tasks, gaining over 150 hours of program instructionand 400+ hours of mentorship and engagement with campers.

Key Responsibilities
- Activity & Event Management: Organize and oversee activities in various camp areas, ensuring a safe, engaging environment.
- Guest Services: Handle essential aspects of camp operations, such as camper check-ins, daily logistics, and parent communication.
- Program Planning & Execution: Collaborate on planning special events and manage the daily flow of camper activities, building skills in event coordination.
