Marketing, Sales & Service plays an important role in Ford’s revitalization as a modern, progressive vehicle and mobility services company delivering a trusted customer experience. Candidates should have a passion for the lifetime value of a customer and be able to analyze data trends and identify trends to make recommendations to drive real-world business decisions. Marketing & Sales Internship Program

Our program gives you an outstanding opportunity to learn about Ford Motor Company, Marketing, Sales & Service Team and explore life in various markets around the United States or at the General Office in Dearborn, MI. Our internship gives you the opportunity to obtain a well-rounded experience in the company's sales operations. You'll work in a hybrid setting, which means you will get to experience in-person opportunities within dealerships, field offices, and/or the Sales General Office. You'll also get to tackle challenging projects that will allow you to showcase your business acumen and technical skills. This program is a great way to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a real-world setting.

The Marketing & Sales intern program is designed to bring high talent into the company for critical work projects in such functional areas: Field Sales & Service Operations, Ford Customer Service Division and Marketing, Sales & Service General Office.

During your internship, our goal is to get to know you as a potential employee, as well as a customer, evaluate your skills, and enable you to generate results that will help us propel our business.

Minimum Requirements:

Junior-level class standing
Bachelor’s degree in the following fields of study
Business related (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Hospitality Business), Communications
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Willingness to travel up to four nights a week
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be available for full-time employment by September 2026
