As a cutting-edge company providing top-notch pediatric ABA and OT services, we’re looking for someone ready to shine both clinically and in the community. This unique role combines your expertise as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with exciting outreach and promotional activities. You'll deliver exceptional ABA services in beautiful Pensacola while representing and spreading the word about our amazing brand throughout Escambia County. Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Represent Cayer Behavioral Group at community events, conferences, and other public forums to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, newsletters, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate the community about ABA therapy and our services.
- Gather feedback from clients and the community to curate, inform and improve our services and brand strategy.
- Clinical Responsibilities:
- Terminal 26-32 hours billable; based on the development of community caseload and RBT representation.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and oversee the implementation of treatment plans by RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).
- Train, supervise and mentor RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Engage in parent, teacher, and administrative training
- Engage in all aspects of high-level Behavior Analytic care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies specifically those related to serving children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
- Flexibility to travel within your community aa well as Tallahassee, FL for necessary training.
