Position Title: Supply Chain Intern- Manufacturing
Seeking several motivated and awesome students to become active team members!
Come join us for a learning opportunity during the Summer of 2025.
Over the course of 10-12 weeks, you’ll get to share your creativity and energy in this manufacturing plant experience. This will be a hands-on deep dive into the daily operations at one of our chemical manufacturing sites. So, grab your safety boots and hard hats and come join Solenis.

What you’ll do:
- Gain hands-on experience in the ups and downs of Chemical manufacturing applying methods and theories learned in class
- Develop new skills and refine others, such as technical and business acumen, project management, communication and presentation skills
- Work on a specific manufacturing project with tangible deliverables, seeking active solutions that improve plant processes
- Pair with a Solenis mentor who will provide guidance and feedback
- Network with professionals and get a realistic job preview that can help you evaluate Solenis as a potential employer

Position Requirements:
Education: Rising Junior, Senior or transitioning Senior level students pursuing a STEM degree.
Desired Experience: You’ve got the classroom, let us give you the hands on!
- Apply your coursework in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or other relevant STEM majors
Personal Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, a sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize work, and the mind-set for safety and attention to detail. Good Teamwork skills.
Work Environment: Works in an active chemical manufacturing environment between an office environment, control room, outside process equipment area and warehouse/ charging area. Ambient environmental conditions apply (rain, cold, heat, etc); Ability to perform manual labor while investigating plant equipment and conditions to include walking up and down stairs, traversing uneven surfaces, climbing ladders, crouching, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs. or exerting force by pushing and pulling while using grip strength; may be required to wear special personal protective equipment.
