Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee construction tasks to meet project goals and deadlines.

Produce employee schedules and ensure team attendance.

Supervise and train workers, providing guidance and feedback.

Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Allocate resources effectively and resolve on-site issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and safety protocols.

Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
