We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services (50+ per Day).
- Utilize PandaDoc to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications
- 2 Years of required experience in inside sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proficiency in using PipeDrive or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Ability to perform outbound cold and warm calling with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- A background in customer service is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and expectations.
