Your Mission:
As a key member of Corporate Technology, you will work in a culture of innovation and partner with experienced technology professionals with deep technical experience who are committed to delivering efficient, technology-based solutions.
The Information Systems Integration Engineer-Intern will play an integral role in the analysis of data from a variety of sources, ETL design and development of Medidata corporate systems integrations..
The Intern will be working hands-on with the latest cloud systems like Salesforce, Workday, Informatica Cloud, AWS (S3,EC2,RedShift,RDS) ,Tableau BI and tens of other Cloud business applications.
The Intern will also be working on projects with Machine Learning and AI use cases.
Your Competencies:
Sound Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems and SQL
Theoretical knowledge on Cloud Computing and AWS Services (like S3, RDS)
Knowledge on Data Integration Concepts between application
Theoretical Knowledge of Machine learning algorithms.
Knowledge on BI (Business Intelligence) reporting tools
Create / maintain/improve documentation
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
Your Education & Experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT
If any other STEM program, then some courses taken in computer/Database Programming, Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence.
The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York City. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $32.00 per hour with a $3,500 sign on bonus.
