Aurganics Retail CRM Intern Role Description

 

Job Title: Retail CRM Intern (project-based, remote)

Duration: 4-6 weeks (5-10 hours per week)

Compensation: Unpaid (stipend or college credit available if applicable)


 

About Aurganics: Aurganics is a plant-based skincare brand for Gen Z consumers of color, offering gentle, effective solutions for hyperpigmentation and sensitive skin.
 

Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented intern to manage and organize CRM data for our retail partners (estheticians, spas, and small businesses) in a growing beauty startup.


 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, organization).
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with strong time-management skills.
  • Solid research skills (Instagram, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness.


 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A college student or recent graduate who is organized, reliable, and enthusiastic about gaining hands-on startup experience.
  • Someone who enjoys working independently but is comfortable asking for help when needed.
