What You’ll Do:
As a New Grad Nurse on the Med/Surg unit, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care for adults with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to providing holistic care and improving patient outcomes.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Build and enhance essential nursing skills, including assessment, delegation, prioritization, and critical thinking.
