Project Manager
Location: Remote or Malvern, PA (Hybrid - 2 days in-office/3 days work-from-home)
Full Time: Monday through Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager. The successful candidate will work with internal departments (Marketing, Education, Editorial, E-media, Art/Production) to coordinate and facilitate the timely completion of print and digital projects. You will manage timelines and components of projects ranging from webinars, print supplements, on-demand educational websites, and promotions for regional and national meetings. This role reports to the VP of Project Management and will also focus on managing projects for corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines and expectations to coordinate internal resources, vendors, and clients and ensure the execution and timely delivery of projects.
- Foster communication and collaboration across teams.
- Communicate and lead project expectations to teams through project initiation meetings.
- Schedule on-demand recordings, live webinars, and print pieces for publication.
- Manage the development, approval, and execution of promotional pieces, such as print and digital ads, for various projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where calmly reacting to shifting priorities and urgent issues is required.
- Maintain, monitor, and track project processes and schedules through online project software.
Desired Skills and Experience
- BA/BS degree required.
- 5 years of full-time project management experience.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Capable of working in both an independent and team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Practical written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of document management and other administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in standard computer software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Share.
- Project management software experience (Hive preferred).
- Prior experience working with Onehub (preferred).
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Verifiable and consistent work history.
- Valid driver’s license.
