IT Helpdesk Support (Chinese speaking)

Role: IT Helpdesk Support

Duration: 12months with potential to extend

Visa: US citizen, Green card, Green card EAD, L2, H4 EAD (We do not sponsor H1b visa, do not accept OPT)

Remote: Manhattan, NY. Hybrid remote (3 days onsite per week).

Language: English + Mandarin (MUST)

 

Position Description & Requirement

  • Assist with system enhancements, including patching, upgrades, and configuration.
  • Support daily banking compliance operations per procedures.
  • Prepare documents and reports for IT management.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and user requests.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year in IT Helpdesk, System Administration (Windows/Linux), Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Troubleshooting expertise in Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and Networking.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English (written/oral) and Mandarin (oral).
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, IT operations, patch management, and incident response.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux workstations, servers, and networks.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours system updates.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • CISSP, CISA, or ISACA certifications are a plus.
