What You’ll Be Doing 

As an IT - Collaboration Intern, you’ll be making moves behind the scenes to ensure the entire team stays connected and productive. Your role will include: 

  • Running the Digital Court: Assist in managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, keeping everyone on the same page and running smoothly. 
  • Project Flex: Jump into cross-functional IT projects, integrating collaboration tools into enterprise systems to improve overall performance. 
  • Training Like a Pro: Develop how-to guides and training materials to help users get the most out of our collaboration platforms—empowering the whole team with tech knowledge. 
  • Streamlining the Flow: Identify areas for improvement in collaboration workflows, making sure we’re always ahead of the game in efficiency. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

We’re looking for an IT enthusiast who’s ready to jump in, collaborate, and help elevate our digital communication to the next level. If you’ve got: 

  • School Game: Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with experience in Microsoft 365 (3.0 GPA preferred). 
  • Problem-Solving Game: A keen eye for detail and the ability to tackle challenges with creative, out-of-the-box solutions. 
  • Communication Flow: Strong written and verbal communication skills to break down complex tech concepts into easy-to-digest info. 
  • Collaboration Vibes: An eagerness to work in a team and contribute ideas that drive both efficiency and innovation.
