Certified Athletic Trainer

ISTC is a privately owned premiere sports camp located in the Pocono Mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania. We are only 1 ½ hours from New York City, and 2 hours from Philadelphia. ISTC offers a traditional camp activity schedule with an emphasis on sport and participation; with 325 campers attending one week sessions in all-sports, soccer and IXTC. We are proud to offer our campers extensive sporting facilities across our 400 acre property, and our specialist staff run activities including jetskiing, laser tag, quad bikes, rock climbing, banana boating, mountain biking, plus a large variety of water and land sports.

The camp athletic trainers work in conjunction with the nurses to oversee the health of the campers and staff. The athletic trainer is responsible for administering first aid, responding to medical emergencies, and monitoring patients with chronic or recurring health issues.

In addition to a weekly salary, athletic trainers are also given free housing and three meals a day for the duration of the week. For those with young children we also offer onsite child care and for those with camp age children, we also offer work exchange options as well.

Applicants must be a certified Athletic Trainer and have their BOC license.
