SALARY:                                       $2,640.00 (Monthly Minimum, 12-Month Contract)

LOCATION:                                     SKYCTC – Main Campus

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:  Provides administrative support for the Dean of Allied Health & Nursing and faculty members in the following areas:  Serves as receptionist, distributes mail, and maintains and organizes calendar and schedule.  Maintains appointment schedules, makes meeting arrangements, and assists with meeting setup. Prepares and reviews reports, minutes of meetings, and correspondence as required.  Collects and compiles data for reports and performs general support duties such as preparing correspondence, memorandums, reports, filing, etc.  Assist faculty with student advising, maintain student files, and other faculty support as related.  Maintains organization and management of all Allied Health and Nursing program students and program pending folders and records. Orders supplies, equipment, and maintains expenditure totals. Assists with time and attendance records and other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree and one year related work experience or equivalent.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; possess excellent customer service, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.  The successful candidate will have experience handling confidential information and possess a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.  Must be detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and the ability to work independently or as a member of a highly functioning team.  This position requires a high level of professionalism and initiative, as well as the ability to meet deadlines, to work under pressure, and to adjust to changing priorities.
