Part Time Customer Advocate

Role Details:
- $18/hour + advancement opportunities and career pathing
- 100% paid, professional training
- Flexible work hours with options between approximately 8 AM – 12 AM ET as your class schedule allows; you’ll partner with a Recruiter to review options and discuss hours during the hiring process
- Train in the Business Center over 2-3 Saturdays to meet your Foundever leaders, peers, and get support to work through self-paced training content during the weekdays
- Work from home this spring while we build a longer-term space for the program that’s right across the street from the Business Center! (If you don’t have a quiet space to work in, please feel free to apply anyway as we are working on offering on-campus flex seating to students who need it)
- Support our partner Intuit and their TurboTax customers from approximately early March – April 15th (roughly a 6-week internship to start), and when you love it and demonstrate strong performance, have priority consideration to return to Foundever supporting Intuit in the fall (early September)!
- Learn new skills and develop robust knowledge to advance through your career journey
Qualifications:
- Be an active/enrolled student at Marshall University
- Have a passion for helping people
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to research, analyze, and determine appropriate actions in various situations
- Solve complex problems while exercising good judgment
- Approach life with a can-do attitude
- Enjoy working independently and with a team
- Comfortable being on camera with your customers to humanize interactions.
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality customer interactions as a Foundever employee in support of Intuit’s TurboTax product/customers.
