Speech Language Pathologist

📍 Job Locations: Seattle, WA and other various school districts across Seattle Metro area, with opportunities in Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.


 💰 Compensation:

  • Hourly: $50–$60
  • Weekly: $2,000–$2,400
  • Yearly Salary: $80-$90,000

📌 Position Requirements:

🔹 Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
🔹 State Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate
🔹 ASHA Certificate (not required for Clinical Fellowship Year)
🔹 Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Experience with children/adolescents (preferred, not required)

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

👂 Assess & identify students needing speech and language support.
🗣️ Provide individual & group therapy using curriculum-based materials.
📑 Develop & implement IEP goals to foster student success.
🎓 Create an engaging learning environment to promote communication and growth.
🤝 Collaborate with teachers, specialists & supervise support staff.
📢 Utilize alternative communication systems when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations.

 

Job Details:

📍 Full-Time Contract PositionHiring for the 2025/2026 school year
📆 Schedule: 37.5–40 hours per week, aligned with the district’s academic calendar
👦 Caseload: 40–55 students
