Mechanical Engineering Intern

Our comprehensive product and engineering solutions cover a variety of industries – HVAC, industrial/vehicular, OEM and military/aerospace. Our full range of spring, elastomeric architectural mounts, wire rope isolators, curbs and bases are proven to meet and exceed specifications for any seismic, non-seismic, shock, or even bomb blast application. 

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Mechanical Engineering Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities may include and not limited to: 

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects.
  • Work with CAD software to create and modify engineering drawings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve product designs.
  • Participate in prototype testing and data collection.
  • Support manufacturing and quality assurance teams with technical insights.
  • Document findings and prepare technical reports.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's  degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and mechanics.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
