Back of House (BOH): Learn food prep, catering, baking, and cooking while feeding thousands of guests.
Front of House (FOH): Interact directly with guests by managing buffet lines, stocking food, and answering questions.
Essential Job Duties
Preparing & serving food to 2,000+ guests multiple times a day
(Front of House) Facilitating the operation of food lines, includes duties such as: stocking, refill, dietary plates, answering guest questions, and cleaning up after meals.
(Back of House) Cooking/Food Preparation. Includes duties such as grilling, frying, baking, boiling, chopping, etc. Must be able to operate industrial-sized cooking equipment.
(Dish) Cleaning trays, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware after each meal. Operation of a large dishwasher.
Must be familiar with meals served & be able to make accommodations for dietary restrictions.
Must be able to communicate needs between front of house & back of house to ensure buffet lines are fully stocked.
Must be able to work with food all day.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, carry, pull/push, or otherwise move 50 lbs.
Must be able to perform daily repetitive motions such as: climbing stairs, reaching, stooping, kneeling.
Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours at a time.
Must be able to work in factors such as heat, humidity, noise, wet floors, and sometimes cold.
