This position sits within the Korn Ferry Digital line of business
As a Digital summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team, and you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the program through on-the job and structured learning sessions.
You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern program in other international offices.
This is a hybrid Internship program and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to get to the Minneapolis office at least three days per week.
Our new 10-week global internship program is part of Korn Ferry Launch, which is an early-career development program created to give interns and recent graduates a head start in their professional life. It’s an invaluable learning experience that could be the fast track to a rewarding long-term career at Korn Ferry.
As an intern you’ll be given plenty of opportunities to make an impact here. In fact, you’ll be welcomed as a valued member of the team, and you’ll be working on real projects, alongside senior Korn Ferry Digital team members. We’ll offer you plenty of support and guidance while you’re here, as well as practical training and development. This internship will help you learn the business and people skills you need to succeed in the workplace and give you the chance to start building your professional network. Your time at Korn Ferry will help you discover where your professional strengths and interests lie and might help you decide on a future career path. Many of our interns go on to join our New Grad Program after graduation, and we hope they will stay with us as their careers continue to develop.
The Korn Ferry Global Internship Program is open to students who are graduating in May 2026 from an accredited academic institution, as well as candidates earning post graduate degrees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the design processes and Delivery playbooks to support new product launches and evolving Digital Product capabilities and functionality.
- Supports project management of internal transformation activities at Korn Ferry Digital.
- Assists in Project deliverables and act as a central coordinator for all requests and activities to deliver successfully.
- Edits documents in line with organizational style guidelines and prepares information for use with clients.
- Provides operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.
- Supports stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, and events.
- Supports others by implementing improvements and carrying out simple change management tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong documentation management standards and version control
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly analytical and logical with attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Able to manage own time proactively and effectively
- Highly motivated, proactive individual with a strong customer focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional, credible and confident style
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Strong team player with an adaptable and flexible approach, able to work effectively in virtual teams
EDUCATION
- Must be working towards a bachelor's degree or master’s degree ideally in psychology, business or HR or other related fields. Students graduating in May 2026 are eligible to apply for this internship.
