Management Training Program

Company Overview:

InGenius Prep was founded in 2013 by law students at Harvard and Yale. Starting with less than $5,000, the company has been bootstrapped to a team of more than 300 employees, 500 contractors, and 24+ locations in 15 countries. IGP has been ranked among the fastest-growing companies in the US for 7 consecutive years by Inc. Magazine, and is currently one of the largest companies in this industry globally.

Our primary focus is assisting students in preparing for and applying to U.S. colleges and graduate schools. Our company is extremely fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and exciting.

Program Description:

You will work 1-on-1 with a member of the company’s founding/executive team. You may work in-person or remotely with your mentor, and may also join them for business travel domestically or internationally.

The objective of this program is to take incredibly talented candidates, both those with industry experience and those without, and equip them with extremely advanced skills and knowledge during a 3-month training period, before they move to a permanent role and take on new and important projects to grow the company – including (but not limited to) opening a new city or region, developing or managing key products, or working on corporate partnership development.
