Insurance & Financial Representative (HYBRID)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while effectively communicating the benefits of various insurance products. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance policies, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. A commitment to compliance with HIPAA regulations is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with a client base through networking and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products. Solving client problems.
- Communicate policy details clearly and effectively to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance services. Prospecting is critical for growing your business!
- Stay informed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide up-to-date information to clients.
- Provide support as needed if possible, catering to diverse client backgrounds.
- Assist clients with benefits administration inquiries and claims processes. Educate clients using the skills we teach to help people better understand government healthcare and all areas of retirement planning!
Experience
- Previous experience in insurance sales or outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in sales administration or telemarketing is beneficial for success in this role.

Pay: $61,650.00 - $89,310.00 per year
