Job Description:
As a Creator-in-Residence (TikTok Content Creator), you will be responsible for creating engaging, trend-driven content for our brand's TikTok account. This role is perfect for aspiring content creators who want to sharpen their skills, experiment with new ideas, and build a portfolio while working alongside experienced social media professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges.
• Create, edit, and post high-quality TikTok videos that align with our brand identity and voice.
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop innovative content strategies.
• Engage with our TikTok audience by responding to comments and participating in trending conversations.
• Test new content formats and provide insights on video performance and audience engagement.
• Help grow our TikTok community by increasing follower count, views, and interactions.

Qualifications:

• Passion for TikTok and a deep understanding of the platform’s trends and culture.
• Strong video production and editing skills (using TikTok’s in-app tools or external editing apps).
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for storytelling and viral potential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience creating TikTok content (personal or professional) is a plus but not required.
