Designed for people who appreciate creativity and meaningful connections, each event features live performances, fashion showcases, and curated art exhibitions in an exclusive venue—fostering a vibrant and culturally rich community.

 

With only 150 tickets available each month, 3050Rooftop is an in-demand event spotlighting emerging talent while offering attendees an immersive and unforgettable experience. As we launch and grow, we’re looking for a Brand Partnership & Talent Manager to curate exceptional talent and forge strategic partnerships to ensure sold-out events. This is a unique opportunity to shape something innovative while building deep connections across South Florida’s creative and business communities.

The Opportunity

As Brand Partnership & Talent Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of 3050Rooftop by:

  • Finalizing the Talent Lineup – Scout and secure compelling artists, especially those with strong social media presence who can help drive ticket sales.

This is a high-impact, project-based role with long-term potential as we expand to other cities. While we’ve shortlisted talent candidates, your expertise will help shape a lineup that captivates audiences and guarantees sold-out events.

 

Talent Lineup & Compensation

You’ll help finalize the following lineup, prioritizing talent who actively promote the event and contribute to ticket sales. Each artist will earn a 20% commission on the tickets they sell, plus receive these free services:

  • Portfolio Building – Performances will be professionally photographed and recorded. Each artist will receive copies for self-promotion.
  • Growing Their Online Fanbase – With our TikTok Live partnership, artists receive live content coaching and monetization support.
  • Securing More Bookings – Event content will be promoted online to increase visibility and attract future opportunities.

 

Talent Roles

 

Host

Responsibilities: Introduce performers and manage event flow.

Ideal Candidate: A charismatic personality with a strong social media presence.

Benefits: Premium visibility and networking, plus potential for a permanent role.

 

DJ

Responsibilities: Set the musical tone and support singers with background tracks.

Ideal Candidate: A DJ with an engaged following and high energy.

Benefits: Exposure, bookings, and potential for residency.

 

Fashion Designer (Optional)

Responsibilities: Showcase a collection in a 20-minute performance-style runway.

Ideal Candidate: A designer ready to grow their brand and attract new clients.

Visual Artist

Responsibilities: Exhibit original pieces in a curated gallery-style setup.

Ideal Candidate: A visual artist eager to connect with collectors and fans.

Singers/Musicians (1-3 Slots)

Responsibilities: Perform using backing instrumentals or live setup.

Who We’re Looking For (Brand Partnership & Talent Manager)

  • Experience in brand partnerships, talent management, business development, or sales—preferably in arts, luxury, nightlife, or entertainment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for blending art, music, and culture into premium experiences.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, independent roles.
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for discovering top talent.

 

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

This is a commission-based position, with earnings tied to your performance through a share of ticket sales and brand partnership revenue. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn equity in the company. If you excel in this position, there’s strong potential for long-term growth and continued collaboration as we expand into other cities.
