People Team Intern
The People Team at Guidewire is seeking a summer intern to join the global team this summer 2025. As an intern you will have the opportunity to work across the Field People Business Partner team in the People Function.
What will I be doing?
- Data analysis and insights for annual calibration and performance management cycle
- Develop processes related to internal talent movement within and outside of Professional Services organization
- Create business case template for Professional Services promotions
- Create org transformation and change management playbook for HR Business Partners
- Research different People related topics and provide a white paper or POV
Intern Requirements:
- Graduating 2026 majoring Human Resources or related field.
- Highly Proficient and knowledgeable Google Sheets, Slides & Documents, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
- Desire to build relationships across People Function and other departments within Guidewire.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Previous internship exp is desirable
