Hours: 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Essential Functions

- Responsible for maintenance of assigned University building(s)
- Cleans and maintains floors by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, waxing, and cleaning carpet
- Cleans and supplies restrooms using disinfectant and acid chemicals
- Cleans and maintains entrances to building(s) and the perimeter of building(s), such as picking up trash, removing gum, graffiti, cobwebs, etc.
- Collects and disposes of garbage
- Washes walls, whiteboards, furniture, removes chewing gum, smudges, black marks, graffiti, etc.
- Washes windows and window frames
- Assists with special projects throughout the campus as directed by the Custodial Manager and Lead Custodian
- Cleans and maintains assigned areas and equipment
- Performs inside and outside manual labor
- Other duties as assigned
