American Sign Language Interpreter

SignTalk is looking for American Sign Language interpreters interested in working as freelance interpreters in the New York City and surrounding Areas, including Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk) and various cities in New Jersey. 

Our per diem referrals include medical, vocational and social services, as well as post-secondary and k-12 educational sessions. 

Most sessions are in-person.  We offer competitive rates, on time direct deposit payment and excellent customer support.    

  • Must possess ASL Credentials (vary per Client), including ITP certificate, EIPA credential, National certification (RID/NAD/NIC),  State Qualification (QA/EIE/BEI), CODA background, and/or must successfully pass a Skill Assessment Test.
