Maintenance Electrical Engineer

We are looking for:
The Maintenance Electrical Engineer plays a significant role in design, development,
and maintenance of plant electrical systems for buildings, transport systems and power
distribution networks as well as the maintenance electrical and instrumentation planning
and scheduling task.
 

We count on you for:
● Design, maintain, implement, or improve electrical instruments, facilities, components,
equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
● Establish and maintain construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or
specifications.
● Ensure compliance with specifications, national and local codes, or customer
requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction,
maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
● Prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
● Supervise and train project team members, both internal and external.
● Write Safe Work Permits and perform job setup for anything over 480 volts.
● Champion electrical equipment stewardship.
● Participate in daily planning and scheduling for site maintenance staff, focusing mostly
on electrical planning and troubleshooting, but developing skills to fill in for Maintenance
Supervisor during short-term absences, as needed.
● Champion SAP electrical planning and scheduling.

You will bring:
● Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an
accredited school
● 0-5 years of manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment.
● High voltage experience, instrumentation, and Distributed Control System is a plus.
● Proficiency in applicable codes related to electrical engineering.
● SAP experience is a plus.
