
Consulting Internship - Total Rewards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research and Trend Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, link to performance, equity, and related areas.
- Scan industry publications, competitor analyses, and client feedback to identify market needs and gaps in existing solutions and how to go to market.
- Analyze regulatory changes and their potential impact on client total rewards strategies.
Knowledge Management and Content Development:
- Aggregate research findings into clear, concise analyses, reports and presentations for internal and external use.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge management resources, including case studies, white papers, and solution toolkits.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal databases and repositories for research and client data.
Client Solution Development Support and Data Analysis:
- Support the development of client proposals and presentations by providing relevant research and insights.
- Assist in the analysis of client data to identify trends and inform solution recommendations.
- Develop client reports and visualizations to communicate analysis, findings and insights to clients.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of successfully managing strong academics with extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoys problem solving and detailed analysis.
- Works collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in human capital consulting and total rewards solutions
- Ability to perform with a sense of urgency.
- Desire to learn about Korn Ferry Consulting solutions.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights
EDUCATION
- Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in one of the following majors:
- Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Finance/Economics or Mathematics
- Students graduating in Spring 2026 with a GPA of 3.2 or higher are eligible to apply for our internship program.
