Chief of Staff Internship

Overview:
Cape is an AI network intelligence platform transforming the way that startups interact with the world. Our AI agents help our customers unlock their team’s collective networks for sales, recruiting, fundraising & more.

Our Chief of Staff Internship position provides a unique opportunity to work directly with our co-founder & CEO on the most pressing issues facing our company. You will get to experience the cutting edge of artificial intelligence, get a crash course on entrepreneurship, and help build out the operations of an early-stage startup.

Intern Job Responsibilities:
•Strategic Support: Work closely with our CEO to manage priorities, streamline communication, and drive strategic projects across the organization.
•Research & Analysis: Dive into market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies in AI, offering insights that shape our business strategy.
•Company Operations: Assist in executing and optimizing internal processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of company initiatives.
•Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with our overall company goals.
•Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, facilitating clear, effective communication across departments.
•Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and propose innovative solutions that leverage both technology and strategic thinking.

Intern Qualifications / Skills:
•Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for articulating ideas clearly and concisely.
