Introduction
MegaMinds is a fast-growing EdTech platform transforming K-12 education with immersive 3D learning environments and AI-powered teaching assistants. Our mission is to help students engage deeply with content while giving teachers new tools to reduce workload and improve classroom outcomes. 
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will support key outreach initiatives, develop marketing collateral, and help us build meaningful relationships with schools and districts. Join our team and help shape how students and teachers interact with learning in the digital age!

Intern Job Responsibilities
Assist sales by researching potential leads, qualifying contacts, and managing outreach efforts, particularly within NYC DOE and other districts nationwide.
Prepare sales materials such as one-pagers, email templates, and follow-up decks tailored to different school needs.
Collaborate with marketing to create and schedule content for social media, email campaigns, and blog posts, highlighting topics such as AI-driven learning and virtual classrooms.
Help draft teacher success stories and case studies showcasing MegaMinds’ impact on student outcomes.
Conduct competitor analysis and track EdTech market trends
Organize and maintain CRM data related to schools, districts, and outreach activities.
Assist with post-webinar follow-ups, ensuring key prospects are nurtured and engaged.
Help design surveys for pre-pilot and post-pilot feedback to gather valuable insights and success metrics.

Intern Qualifications/Skills
Strong interest in education, technology, sales, or marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, or other marketing tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to support sales and marketing goals.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
Preferred but not required: Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.

Work Location
This role is flexible and can be hybrid or remote.
